Yes. Wix Events is Wix's own ticketing product, covering event pages, ticket types and RSVPs. Ticket Spot is an alternative for organizers who want a different fee structure, or features such as reserved seating charts, timed-entry passes, waitlists and digital waivers.
According to Wix's help centre, Wix Events charges a 2.5% ticket service fee on paid tickets, separate from your payment provider's processing fees. You can choose whether the buyer pays that fee or it comes out of your revenue, and free tickets are not charged it. Check Wix's help centre for their current rates.
