Sign up at ticketspotapp.com, click "Create Event," and fill in your event details — name, date, location, description, and ticket types. You can customize your event page with your branding, add seating charts, and publish in minutes. No technical skills required.

How quickly can I start selling tickets?

Most organizers are live within 5 minutes. Create your event, set up ticket types, customize your page, and start selling. If you're on Shopify or Wix, install the app from the marketplace and you're ready to go immediately.

What are Ticket Spot's platform fees?

Ticket Spot charges 0% platform fees on Professional, Business, and Business+ plans. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of your ticket revenue. The only additional cost is standard payment processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, or Square), which go directly to the payment processor — not to Ticket Spot.

How does Ticket Spot compare to Eventbrite on pricing?

Eventbrite charges 3.5% + payment processing on every ticket sold. On $50,000 in ticket sales, that's $1,750+ in platform fees alone. Ticket Spot charges 0% platform fees — you keep all $50,000. Are there any hidden fees?

No. Ticket Spot is transparent about pricing. You pay a flat monthly subscription fee based on your plan, and standard payment processing fees apply (set by Stripe, PayPal, or Square). There are no per-ticket commissions, no surprise charges, and no fees for adding team members or check-in staff.

Is there a free trial?
