The integration is powered by Ticket Spot's Ticket Selector App Block, which you add to your Shopify product page. It replaces the default Shopify variant selector with Ticket Spot's interactive ticket selector-including seating charts with real-time seat selection.
Step 1: Build Your Seating Chart
In the Ticket Spot dashboard, use the drag-and-drop builder to create your venue layout:
- Place rows, tables, and sections
- Upload your actual floor plan as a background
- Name rows and number seats
- Create seat categories (VIP, Premium, Standard, etc.)
- Set prices per category
Step 2: Connect to Your Shopify Product
Link your seating chart to a Shopify product:
- Select the Shopify product that represents your event
- Add Ticket Spot's Ticket Selector App Block to your product page and remove the default Shopify variant selector
- Prices from your seating chart sync with Shopify
Step 3: Customers Select Seats on Your Product Page
When a customer visits your Shopify product page, they see:
- An interactive seating chart instead of a dropdown
- Color-coded seats showing availability
