Pastry Party with Alessandro Giannatempo
Description
Some parties begin in the kitchen. This May, we’re gathering at Casa Lawa to celebrate the joy of making something lovely to share—and welcoming pastry chef Alessandro Giannatempo back for the third year in a row.
From 11–15 May, we’ll spend our days baking for every kind of gathering: petit fours and scones for a long, leisurely tea party; flaky pastries and savoury choux buns for cocktail hour; and, for the grand finale, a big, joyous birthday cake. Casa Lawa is turning five, so we have an especially good reason to celebrate.
Between the workshops, we’ll pick cherries in the orchard, visit a pastry shop, head to the beach for sun and gelato, and raise a glass to Etna. Alessandro will share the recipes, techniques and little details that make a party memorable, so you can bring the inspiration home and host a celebration of your own.
Tickets are available to book your accommodation both at Casa Lawa and at our off-site location, only 20 minutes away.
