We’re thrilled to welcome back chef and pasta maker Alessandra Lauria for the third edition of our beloved Pasta Retreat at Casa Lawa.
This retreat celebrates the joy of making pasta by hand — a delicious way to slow down and reconnect through food and tradition. Guided by Alessandra Lauria’s warm and joyful approach, we’ll spend five days kneading, shaping, and tasting, surrounded by the awakening landscapes of spring in Sicily.
Each day will bring hands-on workshops, shared meals by Casa Lawa, and time to rest or explore. Expect local wines, fresh produce, and the simple pleasure of cooking together.
