Each course is thoughtfully paired with a wine selected to bring out its best, so you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the region's culinary traditions and a few new pairings to recreate at home.

- Antipasti — a selection of Southern Italian favorites including olives, cheeses, and salumi, served with warm focaccia
- Shrimp, Citrus and Fennel Salad — a bright, refreshing start
- Orecchiette al Pomodoro — fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, and ricotta salata with orecchiette pasta
- Grilled Pork Bombette — stuffed pork rolls served with roasted vegetables
- Affogato — creamy vanilla gelato "drowned" in Italian espresso
