As summer gives way to harvest season, together with our Head Chef Pam we open our doors for a stay inspired by the Greek Mediterranean and the abundance of the vine.
This curated 4-night stay celebrates the connection between the garden, the table, and the seasons. Across three hands-on workshops, we’ll explore traditional Greek recipes and techniques using the ingredients that define this time of year, with a special focus on grapes, vine leaves, and the harvest.
Pam’s cooking is rooted in modern Greek Mediterranean cuisine and sustainable gastronomy. She sees nature and the garden as an extension of her kitchen, working with homegrown produce, hand-picked wild ingredients, and locally sourced products.
During the stay, guests will learn how to make dolmadakia with fresh vine leaves, transform grapes into traditional grape molasses, and prepare a Greek pie entirely from scratch.
Between workshops, there will be long breakfasts, afternoons by the lava pool, walks through the orchard, aperitivo, shared dinners, and plenty of space to simply enjoy the slower rhythm of Casa Lawa.
