All the way from London to Sicily, we’re beyond excited to welcome Egle Loit (@darlingitspasta) to Casa Lawa to lead our beloved Pasta Retreat, the first retreat of the 2027 season.
A much-loved spring ritual, the retreat is all about rolling pasta and filling our bellies with the best of the season’s produce. For the first time, Egle—the founder of the beloved Darlings community and a pasta wizard extraordinaire—joins us for four days immersed in the pasta culture of southern Italy. We’ll learn, cook and play together with flavour, from the first aperitivo in the orchard to our Pasta Party Grand Finale.
Tickets are available to book your accommodation both at Casa Lawa and at our off-site location, only 20 minutes away.
