3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Welcome welcome!! Come in your best rodeo attire for the evening.  We will have check in. We will give out gift bags for each attendee. We will offer great food and great drinks. We will have a raffle, play games for prizes, have dance competition for prizes. We will network and socialize. 

October 18, 2025 - Saturday-Lets Get Into IT!!

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

This is the get into it day. We will have numerous physicians and experts in their fields. We will have a fibroid panel. We will again have great food and drinks. We will play more games. We will have dialog and Q&A with the speakers. We will close the event out with an unexpected yet fun and interesting presentation.
