Join the Leadfoot Ladies on April 19th at Fountain Park in Fountain Hills for the Double Header event at Best of Arizona Cars and Coffee—on the grass. The Cars and Coffee Invitational morning session runs from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by the Car Club Invitational afternoon session from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, which features a judged car show and a free raffle for registered display vehicle owners. There are 5 spaces reserved in the Leadfoot Ladies display area.
When registering, you can choose the Morning Session, the Afternoon Session, or Both Sessions. The afternoon session only features a judged car show with awards for Best of Show, Best American, Best European, Best Asian, Best Electric, Best Modified, Craziest Build (presented by Crazy Jacket Car Guy), and Best Car Club Display.
There will also be a free raffle exclusively for registered display vehicle owners during the afternoon session. Please meet at the DJ booth at 3:30 PM for the raffle drawing and car show awards presentation.
Important Note: Once you complete registration, please check your email for your Ticket Passes, Load-in Instructions, Event Map showing your display location (Section 7 C & 8 C highlighted in pink), and Map Directions with turn-by-turn instructions to your assigned entry gate. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Please print your ticket for scanning at the gate and place it on your dashboard for the remainder of the event.
Morning Session: Please enter through Gate 1 (South Entrance) between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM (no entry before 7:30 AM). All morning session display vehicles must be parked by 9:00 AM and remain parked until 11:30 AM.
Afternoon Session: Afternoon entry is between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, and vehicles must remain parked until 4:00 PM. No entry before 12:30 PM due to morning session vehicles exiting. If you are registered for both sessions, you may leave at 11:30 AM and return for the afternoon session.
