with Special Guest Host Cheesemaker Veronica Pedraza
Thursday | March 5th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | $50 | Ray's Mequon
Kick off Women’s Month at Ray’s with a guided cheese pairing class celebrating women-led craftsmanship in food and beverage. This special evening features the bold, boundary-pushing cheeses of Blakesville Creamery hosted in collaboration with Ray’s and led by Veronica Pedraza, Head Cheesemaker and General Manager at Blakesville Creamery.
Blakesville is known for its creative approach to cheesemaking, including cheeses washed with spirits, beer and wine. For this tasting, we’ll lean into that experimentation by pairing a selection of Blakesville cheeses with a curated mix of spirits, wines and beers. With a variety of pairings, there is truly something for everyone at the table.
Veronica will guide guests through each pairing while sharing Blakesville’s story, cheesemaking philosophy, and the inspiration behind their distinctive cheeses. Expect an interactive, taste-driven experience filled with great conversation and a perfect way to kick off Women’s Month at Ray’s!
