Hosted by Sechaba Sello, this masterclass explores the world of Highland Park, a distillery known for its balance of gentle smoke, heather honey, rich fruit, and layered complexity. Set on the remote Orkney Islands, Highland Park’s character is shaped by place, tradition, and a uniquely elegant approach to peat.

Guests will taste through three celebrated expressions, each showing a different stage of maturity and depth within the Highland Park range.
