Tips up, drinks up—Après Ski season returns to Ray’s Wauwatosa. On February 12th, settle in for an alpine-inspired cocktail class led by Ray’s own resident ski bum, Scott Smits. This winter workshop embraces the spirit of gathering slope-side: thawing out next to a warm fire, swapping stories with your crew, and indulging in cocktails built for cold-weather comfort.
Scott will guide you through four Après Ski–style cocktails featuring classic alpine ingredients such as bold herbal génépy, Italian mountain amari, warming liqueurs, and even a touch of pine. You’ll explore the flavors, traditions, and culture that shape these mountain-born drinks—all while keeping things cozy, fun, and quintessentially Après.
And in true mountain-lover fashion, Scott will be heading out on his own ski adventure the very next day—so consider this your official send-off before he chases fresh powder!
