Wednesday | February 4th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | $50 | Ray's Mequon
Join us at Ray’s Mequon for a guided alpine cheese and wine tasting celebrating Wisconsin’s incredible food culture. This class features Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Uplands Cheese, tasted side by side at multiple stages of its aging to showcase how time and craftsmanship shape this award-winning cheese. Each course will be paired with wine, alongside Wisconsin charcuterie from Driftless Provisions and Underground Meats.
Andy Hatch, founder and cheesemaker at Uplands Cheese Company, will guide the cheese tasting and share the story behind Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Uplands’ alpine-inspired approach, and what makes Wisconsin such a special place for cheesemaking. Featured wines and cheese will be available for purchase after the class.
