Celebrate the beloved Italian holiday tradition with this hands-on Feast of Seven Fishes class, featuring seven stunning seafood dishes perfect for your holiday table. You'll start with a refreshing avocado and smoked trout salad, then pan-sear mahi mahi and halibut served with Brussels sprouts and a rich feta butter. From there, you'll toss together a decadent king crab and spaghettini, and learn to perfectly sear ahi tuna for a restaurant-quality centerpiece dish. You'll also master branzino baked in a salt crust — a showstopping technique that locks in flavor and moisture — before building salmon burgers with fennel and olives and finishing with a sizzling shrimp saganaki.
Along the way, you'll pick up a full range of seafood techniques, from searing and salt-crust roasting to building bright, flavorful sauces — everything you need to host an unforgettable holiday feast.
