There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked buns at Christmas. Imagine your family gathered around the table on Christmas morning, stockings unwrapped, as you bring out a warm tray of festive brioche buns to share – pure holiday magic.

In this workshop, our bakers will guide you through our tried-and-tested brioche recipe, teaching you the techniques to achieve a dough that is soft, rich, and full of flavour. Once your dough is ready, you’ll have the chance to get creative with your fillings – from traditional mincemeat to spiced cinnamon swirls – before finishing them off with a luscious cream cheese icing.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a box of beautifully baked festive buns, ready to enjoy with friends and family (or keep as a well-deserved treat for yourself!). This is a workshop full of warmth, indulgence, and the joy of sharing – perfect for bringing an extra touch of sweetness to your Christmas celebrations.
