Puppies and Pilates™ blends low-impact, full-body mat Pilates with intentional puppy interaction—designed to calm the nervous system, elevate your mood, and leave you glowing.
Each class is led by a top-tier Pilates instructor and begins with 45 minutes of expertly guided mat Pilates, followed by 30 minutes of relaxed, feel-good time with our carefully selected puppies. Expect soft moments, gentle play, and plenty of Instagram-worthy content in a beautifully styled studio environment.
Your well-being—and the puppies’—is always our priority. Classes are structured with ample rest, hydration, and clean spaces to ensure a safe, ethical, and elevated experience for everyone.
Important Information:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
- Late Arrival: To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled start time.
- Puppy Interaction: Our sessions include live puppies. While we do our best to create opportunities for interaction, time with the puppies cannot be guaranteed. Minor risks such as scratches or playful nips may occur, and the well-being of the puppies is always our top priority.
- Waiver Requirement: All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any session.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Socks are required for class and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
