Thursday | March 26th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | $35 | Ray's Wauwatosa
Join us at Ray’s Wauwatosa for a guided sake tasting with Sake Suki, a boutique importer dedicated to bringing small production Japanese sake to the states. Sake Suki focuses on bottles they truly believe in, highlighting craftsmanship, regional character, and styles rarely found outside of Japan.
This tasting will be led by Yishi, Regional Manager for Sake Suki. Raised in food-centric Guangzhou, China, she began her career as a cheesemonger before specializing in sake and wine. With WSET Level 3 certifications in sake and wine and the JSA Sake Diploma, Yishi will guide guests through a curated lineup while sharing insight into how sake is made, and how to approach its wide range of styles.
Whether you’re new to sake or looking to expand your knowledge, this class offers an approachable and engaging introduction to modern Japanese sake.
