Make your evening even more special by visiting Santa on select dates, and be sure to stop by the concession stands to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy some delicious holiday treats!

There will be a radio on the carriage so you can listen to the music timed with the light display and enjoy the full festive experience!

Weather and Cancellations

Please check the Fairfield County Festival of Lights Facebook page before leaving home. If we need to cancel rides, we will make an announcement there.

Our wagons and carriage are open to the elements, so please dress appropriately for the weather and bring blankets to snuggle up in during your ride. We plan to operate in light rain, light snow, and low temperatures. However, rides are weather-dependent, and unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or delay rides at any time, including during the festival.

If we cancel your ride for weather or any other reason, you will receive a full refund.

Arrival Times and Ticket Policy

Please arrive early for your scheduled ride. Carriage departures must leave on time, and we will leave as scheduled without late arrivals. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed rides due to late arrivals or no-shows.

Children Under 3

Children under 3 years old may ride free as a Child in Arms and do not require a ticket. Children riding under this policy must remain seated on an adult’s lap for the entire duration of the ride.
