In this session, Casey will discuss how machine learning tools are likely to be used by cyber criminals and state-sponsored attackers to carry out cyber attacks on state and local government entities (SLTTs) over the next two years. While machine learning integration into offensive cyber operations is currently limited, its potential is recognized by attackers and poses an emerging threat for SLTTs.
