Learning Lab Overview

Today’s HR professionals are expected to think strategically, influence confidently, and partner with leaders across the organization, often without formal authority or leadership training. This interactive half-day seminar is designed specifically for early and mid-career HR practitioners, and those with “people” oversight, who want to expand their impact and strengthen their strategic voice.

Participants will explore how their natural leadership traits combine with learnable leadership skills to shape their effectiveness in core HR moments, fostering trust, and building relationships – regardless of title or tenure.

Through fun and interactive discussions and exercises, attendees will leave with a leadership action plan they can apply immediately within their organization and continue to build on through intentional skills development and personal growth.

2. Knowledge of how leadership breaks down into components you can target for individual growth.
