Fuyu Fest is a Portland, Oregon sake festival celebrating Winter in the Pacific Northwest. We focus on a combination of tasting-- over 90 different types of sake!-- as well as educational activities, demos, games, local artists and cultural activities. Local food, snack and art vendors themed to the festival will be available from 1PM, with sake tasting starting at 1:45 PM and running to 5PM.
