Produced at Destilería el Pandillo in the highlands of Jalisco by fourth-generation tequila maker Felipe Camarena, G4 Tequila is rooted in family tradition and thoughtful innovation. Made from estate-grown Blue Weber agave, G4 emphasizes traditional brick-oven cooking, tahona-style crushing, natural fermentation and copper pot distillation. The use of both rainwater and natural spring water reflects the distillery’s deep connection to place and sustainability.
Alongside key G4 expressions, this class will also explore other agave spirits such as mezcal and raicilla, highlighting how region, agave variety, and production methods shape Mexico’s diverse spirits landscape.
