PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By purchasing a ticket, attending, boarding, or participating in any event hosted, organized, promoted, or operated by Yacht Boyz Entertainment ("YBE"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a yacht event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to boating accidents, slips and falls, water-related incidents, weather conditions, equipment failure, transportation risks, personal injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event, whether known or unknown.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Yacht Boyz Entertainment, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, vessel owners, captains, crew members, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event.

Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own conduct, actions, decisions, safety, and well-being during the event. I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions from staff and crew, and applicable laws and regulations.

Alcohol and Substance Use

If alcoholic beverages are available, I agree to consume responsibly and understand that I am solely responsible for any consequences resulting from alcohol or substance use. Yacht Boyz Entertainment assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, incidents, or legal consequences arising from intoxication or impairment.

Medical Treatment

I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical costs or expenses.

Property Damage and Personal Belongings

I understand that Yacht Boyz Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography and Media Release

I grant Yacht Boyz Entertainment permission to photograph, video record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

Binding Agreement

By attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of this waiver and release.
