Explore three distinct flavor combinations: sweet and earthy butternut squash and ricotta, a savory shrimp, mushroom, and spinach filling, and a bold sun-dried tomato and sausage blend. Complement your handmade ravioli with two classic made-from-scratch pasta sauces — a bright arrabbiata and a nutty brown butter sage — so you can taste how sauce pairing transforms a dish.
Round out the meal with a refreshing delicata squash and kale salad tossed in a scratch-made Dijon vinaigrette, the perfect seasonal contrast to your fresh pasta.
